What is lemko flag?

The Lemko flag is a symbol of the Lemko people, a minority ethnic group living primarily in Poland and Ukraine. The design of the flag consists of a white field with a blue stripe stretching diagonally from the top left corner to the bottom right corner. In the blue stripe, there are five golden crosses, representing the five Lemko tribes. The flag was officially adopted as the flag of the Lemko people in 1953. It is often flown at Lemko cultural events and is seen as a symbol of Lemko identity and pride.
